We are Christians living the Grey Nomad Lifestyle.

In Australia, a "Grey Nomad" is a term for retired or near-retired Australians, typically over 55, who travel for extended periods, often towing a caravan, camper trailer or driving a campervan.

Grey nomads are known for their adventures across the country, particularly in semi-arid and coastal regions, either covering long distances in a day, or short trips and longer stays, having fun meeting other grey nomads and connecting with the younger adventure enthusiasts.

What makes Rowena and I unique is that we are driven by the ANZAC spirit of courage, resilience, mateship and our application of the pioneering and warrior spirit that glues us together. What do you expect after 35 years of marriage?

As awesome as the grey nomad lifestyle is, we love our family in Perth and if need be we would make a bee-line to get home or plan it for special occasions.

Caravan and Camping Chaplains:

Yes we are excited about living the "grey nomad lifestyle" enjoying our "retirement" and meeting others in the caravan and camping community.

However we are on a mission that is far bigger than ourselves.

We are "Caravan and Camping Chaplains." We are trusting that the Lord will teach us how to share His love with those we come into contact with.

Why Chaplaincy? We have a heart for people and have served over 10 years as community and business chaplains in the suburb of Balga and business chaplains in the Wheatbelt since 2018.

Prior to that we have served primarily in the church environment for over 20 years both in New Zealand and Australia, prior to transitioning into marketplace ministry and entrepreneurship.

What do we do?

We drive Marley our Ford Ranger Wildtrak and tow Lightning our OPUS OP4 TLX Camper trailer which is our mobile home and office on wheels and it means there are face to face connections with people from all walks of life when we are "in the field at the coal face" which we find is a powerful and exciting way to share the love of God with those whom we come into contact with. We are not doing this on our own. We travel with others with a kindred spirit.

Prayer Warriors and Intercessors: The parts nobody gets to see. It is our lifestyle.

Everything we do is bathed and saturated in prayer and intercession beginning firstly with ourselves being frontline prayer warriors and intercessors. We are fervent prayer warriors and intercessors. Our intimate relationship with Jesus is our key focus.

The Lord is pleased when we enter into that secret place with Him, Intimacy with Him is paramount..

As prayer warriors we are people who actively dedicate significant time praying for others. We also engage in prayer for specific needs, for situations, for individuals, for areas and regions that He has called us to. There are many times when we engage in spiritual battles against negative forces, as we act as advocates by bringing others' concerns to God through intercession.

A key to our prayer life is the times that we fast and pray. And we do pray for you, whether you know it or not. We just do...

Anointing. Authority and Accountability: We have been ordained, deployed and maintain very strong relationships and connections with more than one particular denomination, ministry or people groups.

Through our digital channels, we offer coaching, workshops, and resources to help travelers explore new ways of generating income. Our goal is to empower others with the tools they need to succeed, no matter their location.
