In today's busy world, we believe effective communication is the lifeblood of our success as a family, what we do in business and how we deal with ministry matters. We are testing and measuring tools that must be robust designed to enhance operational efficiency, user friendly and easily available.
Here's a list of some of the tools we use...
Verbal Communication: - Smartphones dominate our lives and with all the bells and whistles they have; we can always have a good chat over the phone which works wonders - when you get through!
Voice, Visual and Video Communication: - one on one or team collaboration through tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams are one of the most used tools we use for our business, ministry and family matters.
Email: - email remains one of the most widely used and versatile tools of communication in the business or ministry world.
Instant Messaging and Chats: - once relationships have been established real-time instant messaging and communication by-passes formal emails and enhances effectiveness on so many levels. Teams can stay connected throughout the day, share brief updates, and maintain a sense of belonging. And we find that it reduces the reliance on lengthy email threads and minimizes email overload.
Document Collaboration Tools: - when it comes to providing for real-time collaboration and seamless sharing of information, across geographical locations, we have found that document collaboration tools can be setup, ensuring that everyone is working on the latest documents. This helps reduce errors and discrepancies keep everyone moving in the right direction.
Social Media Content Tools: - our teams collaborate on social media content creation. These tools enable us to effectively manage, schedule, and optimize our presence on various social media platforms. What that means is we can ensure consistent and coordinated communication across various channels. Thanks to AI Automation we can plan and schedule our social media posts in advance, provides strategic content distribution and maintain a regular and timely online presence.
Internal Blogs or Memberships Sites: - Internal blogs serve as powerful communication tools and this is something we are developing. Our desire is that they provided important organizational information, updates, and announcements in a structured and accessible manner. Win - win for everyone.
